Annelise Savodnik, PT, MSPT, CLT, graduated with her master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Scranton in 2002. In 2003 she joined Memorial Sloan Kettering’s rehabilitation staff, where she has played an important role in program and staff development. Annelise has participated in implementing postoperative pulmonary programs for the Gynecologic and Urology Services and in conducting lymphedema interventions aimed at shortening patients’ length of stay in the hospital and improving patients’ quality of life after surgery. She became certified to treat patients with lymphedema in 2004. Annelise has worked in the outpatient setting assessing and treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological impairments. Currently, she supervises the outpatient rehabilitation staff, while continuing to treat outpatients with varied diagnoses, including lymphedema.
