I am originally from Connecticut and went to San Francisco for medical school. After spending eight years at UCSF, I decided it was time come back to the northeast. I’ve always wanted to live in New York City, and decided internship was the perfect opportunity. The moment I walked into Memorial Sloan Kettering, I knew I’d do anything to come here. I felt it was the perfect balance of outstanding teaching and enough elective time to truly take advantage of the diversity of experiences offered here. And with the generous housing subsidy, I feel like I can exploit all of what New York has to offer.
