Debra’s current primary collaborations include Hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) Surgery, along with Mithat Gonen, Joanne Chou, and Ken Seier, and Radiation Oncology with Zhigang Zhang. In addition, Debra collaborates with an array of physicians on prospective and retrospective studies in services such as Critical Care Medicine, Gastric Surgery, Lymphoma, Leukemia, Melanoma and Immunotherapeutics, Plastics, Pulmonary Medicine, Body Radiology, and Supportive Care. Debra also facilitates the Biostatistics Masters Seminar Series and reviews for journals such as JCO and CCR.

She has experience with the following analysis methods: bootstrapping, classification and regression trees, competing risks analysis, Cox proportional hazards regression, diagnostic accuracy analysis, generalized estimating equations, Kaplan Meier analysis, logistic regression, multiple hypothesis corrections, principal components analysis, propensity score matching, random forests, and time-dependent Cox regression
