Elizabeth Schmidt, Physician Assistant

I joined Memorial Sloan Kettering in July of 2013 to care for patients on the immunocompromised Infectious Disease service. I work collaboratively with all members of the Infectious Disease service to provide care for patients undergoing bone marrow transplantation, leukemia treatment or treatment of solid organ tumors. I have previously worked in hospitalist medicine as well as in the inpatient care of patients with HIV/AIDS at University Hospital, Newark, NJ. I have a special interest in treatment of infections in those patients with weakened immune systems.
