Jeannette Zucker
I am a physical therapist specializing in lymphedema therapy in the oncologic acute care and outpatient settings. In addition to lymphedema, I treat various differential diagnoses such as chronic venous insufficiency and post-surgical edema. My approach to treatment is to apply a wide variety of manual techniques, compression strategies, and modalities to produce optimal clinical outcomes. I also advocate for prevention and early intervention to maximize patient quality of life. I received my clinical doctorate in physical therapy from New York University and have certifications in lymphedema therapy, wound care, strength and conditioning, and kinesiotaping. In 2003, I started my career at Memorial Sloan Kettering, where I continue to practice and I am currently a Supervisor with the Outpatient Rehabilitation Service.
