Laura Bradford, J.D, serves as Lead Assistant General Counsel in Memorial Sloan Kettering’s Office of Technology Development. She works within OTD’s legal group, where she supervises a team of attorneys focused on development of MSK’s IP assets.
Prior to joining MSK in 2021, Laura served as a Senior Legal Advisor in the Research Office of University of Cambridge, where her responsibilities included negotiating strategic partnerships in life sciences and clinical medicine, supervising teams of contract managers, and advising University senior officers and the University’s technology transfer subsidiary on licensing, data protection, and patent law.
Previously, Laura served as Intellectual Property Counsel at The American University in Cairo; Interim-Co-Director of the Intellectual Property Law Program at George Washington University Law School; and an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton.
Laura received her J.D. from Stanford Law School and B.A. degree from Yale University. She is dual qualified as an attorney in New York and a Solicitor in England and Wales.
