
Liza Shrestha is a Senior Associate, Manufacturing & Controls in the Office of Technology Development’s Product Development Unit.
Prior to joining the unit in 2018, she trained as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Sloan Kettering Institute in the Chemical Biology Program. As a Postdoctoral researcher, she worked on discovery and preclinical development of heat-shock protein inhibitors.
Liza received her Doctor of Philosophy degree in Medicinal Chemistry and Molecular Pharmacology from Purdue University in 2013. As a graduate student, she worked on discovery of novel small molecule anti-cancer therapeutics for K-Ras driven malignancies. Liza received her BA in Chemistry from Berea College.
