Genetic Counselor

Rosalba Sacca, PhD, MS, CGC

I am a genetic counselor interested in providing counseling and education to patients and families who may have an inherited predisposition to cancer.  I work across a wide range of specialties such as hereditary breast and ovarian cancer. I am also interested in genetics research to further our understanding of the basis of hereditary cancers, genetics education, and accessibility of genetic services.  In addition to my clinical work, I currently serve as a board member for the Regenerative Medicine Research Advisory Committee for the State of Connecticut.
