Postdoctoral Research Fellow Opening

The Steven Leach (Rubsenstein Center for Pancreatic Cancer Research) laboratory at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking a highly motivated candidate (MD or PhD) for a postdoctoral research position in tumor immunology. He or she will use immunologic, genomic, molecular, and computational techniques to understand T cell biology in mouse and human pancreatic cancer. Our laboratory is located in the newly opened David M. Rubenstein Center for Pancreatic Cancer Research, and the Department of Surgery research laboratories at the Zuckerman Research Facility in Sloan Kettering Institute.Postdoctoral fellows will routinely participate in lab meetings, conferences, and courses, to develop the basics of literature review, data analysis, hypothesis generation, grant writing, and oral presentation. Close mentorship from the primary lab head and several leaders in the field of tumor immunology and pancreatic cancer biology is routine.
