Welcome to the Center for Quantitative and Integrative Biomedical Analysis (CQIBA), a NIBIB-Supported Biomedical Technology Resource Center of the National Institutes of Health.

Building on the strengths of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Stony Brook University in medical physics, mathematics, engineering and biological sciences, CQIBA provides integrative analytics solutions to complex problems in radiomics and genomics. The Center maintains a diverse array of collaborative and service research projects covering many biomedical areas, which includes evaluating robust image features through phantom and synthetic data generation, longitudinal image segmentation, and integration of genomics and imaging for outcomes modeling.
