Graduate Students and Postdoctoral Fellows

Positions in the Vierbuchen lab are currently available for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows.

Graduate students interested in doing a rotation should contact Dr. Vierbuchen by email to set up a meeting.

I welcome postdoctoral applicants who are excited about using pluripotent stem cell models to address basic mechanistic questions in mouse and human neural development and/or disease. Candidates with diverse types of Ph.D. training are welcome to apply, but applicants with expertise in quantitative/systems genetics, genomics, gene regulation, directed differentiation of pluripotent stem cells, or neural development/neuroscience are of particular interest at this time. Applicants should contact Dr. Vierbuchen by email with a brief description of your research interests and goals, a summary of your past research experience, as well as an up-to-date curriculum vitae that includes contact information for 3-4 references.
