I am interested in developing strategies that mobilizes the adaptive immune responses to tumors by targeting co-stimulatory molecules of the TNFR family. My research focuses mainly on the mechanisms by which OX40 engagement, alone or in combination with other therapeutic modalities, mediates potent anti-tumor immunity. In addition, I have developed a particular interest in defining key events in the cytolytic reprogramming of CD4 T cells by TNFR members.
