The Lowe Lab is currently seeking a qualified Research Technician. We are looking for a self-motivated, inquisitive, ambitious, and enthusiastic person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well as part of a team. 

As a Research Technician in the Lowe Laboratory, you will provide technical support by performing experiments under the direct supervision of a postdoctoral researcher but also in collaboration with other internal and external personnel at MSKCC and elsewhere. The ideal candidate should prepare laboratory equipment, instruments, solutions, stains, assays and other supplies. May be involved in animal breeding/handling requiring injection of animals, collection/harvesting of tissues, fluids; animal autopsies in order to make chemical identification and conduct analyses. Provides assistance with other ongoing research for peers and research personnel in basic cloning, bacterial culture, we and some experience in mammalian tissue culture.
