The Virtual Groups Program offers real-time, live, moderated, online support and education groups for Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center patients and their families. They provide a confidential, convenient, and cost-free way of participating in a range of Memorial Sloan-Kettering's professionally led support programs.
Some people would like to take part in support groups but find it difficult to attend face-to-face programs. Virtual Groups offers an opportunity to participate in Memorial Sloan-Kettering patient support activities even when you cannot come to the Center.
In these virtual group sessions, patients and families have the opportunity to speak directly to each other while simultaneously benefiting from specific educational and supportive interventions. All groups are facilitated by trained professional staff. To learn more about this program, please contact us at VirtualGroups@mskcc.org.
