What I Do at MSK

Get To Know Me

I became a radiation oncologist to help people navigate a difficult time in their lives. It is a privilege to get to know my patients and support them through treatment.

At MSK Monmouth, I care for people with head and neck cancers, lung cancer, and skin cancers. I also specialize in using radiation for pain management (called palliative care).

During our initial consultation, I listen to my patients and work with them to develop a treatment plan. I believe it is important for patients to be aware of all the available options and feel comfortable with their treatment plan.

I am an active clinical researcher focused on developing personalized treatment strategies for people with cancer. Each patient is different in terms of both their overall health and the nature of their cancer. Older people with cancer are in particular need of a more nuanced approach, and my research involves identifying the best treatments for these patients.

My research also involves using the cutting edge imaging technology at MSK to better target and treat tumors with radiation therapy. I am investigating how to better image tumors to monitor their response to treatment. I am grateful to be able to offer my patients the latest technology.
