For Medical Students: Summer Fellowship Program

The Medical Student Summer Fellowship Research Program is an eight-week research program offered to first- or second-year medical students who have a career interest as a physician-scientist in the field of oncology and/or related biomedical sciences.

The 2013 Summer Fellowship Program online application is now closed. All applicants will be notified of a decision via e-mail between February 27 and March 15, 2013.

    This eight-week research program is offered to medical students who have a career interest as a physician-scientist in the field of oncology and/or related biomedical sciences.
  • Eligibility & Selection Criteria
    First- or second-year medical students in good academic standing at LCME- or COCA-accredited US medical schools are eligible to apply for our fellowship program.
  • Stipend & Housing
    Participants receive a stipend of $5,800 for eight weeks participation in the program. Memorial Sloan-Kettering does not provide housing to participants.
