The Prostate Cancer Clinical Trials Consortium (PCCTC) is a national clinical research group sponsored by the Department of Defense, with its coordinating center headquartered at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Current members of the consortium include:

Dana Farber / Harvard Cancer Center
Duke University Cancer Center
Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center
University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center
Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center
University of Michigan Cancer Center
Oregon Health and Science University Knight Cancer Institute
University of California San Francisco Helen Diller Family Cancer Center
University of Washington / Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center
University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center

The PCCTC initiative builds on a long history of collaboration through the Prostate Cancer Foundation. Our overarching objective is to streamline the implementation and conduct of multi-institutional phase I and II trials. Consortium studies focus on the evaluation of novel agents for the management of prostate cancer at all stages of the disease.

The Consortium offers expedited concept and protocol review, standardized protocol and contract language, and centralized data management to help test needed therapies more rapidly. Sponsors interested in conducting a trial in the consortium can contact an investigator at any member institution, or e-mail PCCTC@mskcc.org.
