Carcinomas and Other Rare Solid Tumors in Children: Doctors, Surgeons, and Experts

MSK Kids has a team of many experts who give care to children, adolescents, and young adults with carcinomas and other rare solid tumors. Doctors, surgeons, nurse practitioners, nurses, and others work together to take care of your child. Your child sees the same team of healthcare providers throughout their treatment.

Nurse practitioners and nurses are important members of the treatment team.  They will help you and your child through inpatient (in the hospital) or outpatient (outside a hospital) care.

Our social workers stay in close contact with families to meet any practical and psychosocial needs. They provide counseling, information, and help. They can direct you to other resources.
