We understand the importance for patients with cancer to have access to Memorial Sloan-Kettering, and we are committed to ensuring that we remain accessible to patients who seek our care.
Since October 2013, individuals and families have been able to purchase health insurance through the health insurance exchanges/marketplace created by the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Depending on when you choose your plan, insurance purchased through the exchange will go into effect as early as January 1, 2014.
As you review the options available to you, you will want to confirm with the insurance company that the plan you are considering is in network with Memorial Sloan-Kettering.
