We are pleased to present the Community Service Plan for Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center's Memorial Hospital for Cancer and Allied Diseases.
An annual requirement of the New York State Department of Health, the Community Service Plan provides information about Memorial Hospital's outreach programs, services, and activities. Community members who want to provide input on Memorial Hospital's community programs or who want to be mailed a copy of the Community Service Plan may contact the community information line at 212-639-3199 or send an e-mail to communityaffairs@mskcc.org.
