I am a board-certified clinical and research neuroradiologist with a special interest in the use of advanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of brain tumors. As Chief of the Neuroradiology Service, I oversee clinical imaging as well as research studies of the brain, spine, and neck.

As a hospitalist trained in internal medicine, I take care of patients who have been admitted to our inpatient hospital at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. In collaboration with patients’ primary oncologists, I address issues related to cancer and its treatment, as well as other acute or chronic underlying medical conditions. I do this in tandem with an interdisciplinary team of physicians-in-training, advanced practice providers, nurses, case managers, and therapists. I look forward to working with our patients and their oncologists to coordinate safe treatment and discharge during admission.

Como hospitalista con formación en medicina interna, me ocupo de los pacientes hospitalizados en nuestro hospital del Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. En colaboración con los oncólogos de cabecera de los pacientes, abordo cuestiones relacionadas con el cáncer y su tratamiento, así como otras afecciones médicas agudas o crónicas subyacentes. I am a hematologist-oncologist who specializes in the study and treatment of lymphoma. My work focuses on the development of novel therapies for patients with B cell lymphoma, particularly the indolent lymphomas (follicular, marginal zone, small lymphocytic) and Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia, as well as chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

Soy hematóloga oncóloga especializada en el estudio y tratamiento del linfoma. Mi trabajo se centra en el desarrollo de nuevas terapias para pacientes con linfoma de células B, particularmente los linfomas indolentes (foliculares, de zona marginal, linfocíticos pequeños) y macroglobulinemia de Waldenstrom, así como leucemia linfocítica crónica.
