Aditi Sharma is the Research Lab Manager in the IDMS Lab at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where she leads day-to-day lab operations, including team management, equipment oversight, and collaborator coordination, while advancing research in hematopoietic cell transplantation, CAR-T therapies, and graft rejection. She manages and coordinates multiple research projects, helping ensure experiments run smoothly and efficiently. Prior to MSK, she worked at PTC Therapeutics on RNA-based drug discovery and at Brown University on pediatric cancer research, contributing to published studies. Aditi has a strong background in molecular and cell-based assays and enjoys mentoring and supporting team members in the lab.
