Andrea received her PhD from Stanford University, where she studied novel regulators of the RB pathway in the lab of Dr. Julien Sage. In the Lowe lab, she is using mouse and organoid models to investigate how changes in cell identity contribute to cancer initiation and progression, particularly in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. Outside of the lab, Andrea enjoys live music and exploring coffee shops throughout the city.
