A postdoctoral position in Medicinal Chemistry, Organic Chemistry or Chemical Biology position is available immediately in a multidisciplinary team working in the discovery of chemical probes, drugs and diagnostics. The ultimate goal of the team is to translate these findings into novel treatments for cancers and neurodegenerative diseases.

Responsibilities include development of synthetic methodologies for the creation of new agents, synthesis and characterization of new compounds, and development of new insights into structure-function relationships. Chemistry efforts will be guided by structure-based design and in-house developed functional assays. Candidates with experience in heterocyclic chemistry and development of structure-activity relationships, with a strong desire to use these chemical tools to investigate biology, and with proven ability to work in a team environment are encouraged to apply.
