MSK Care Partners is an innovative program designed to bring high-quality cancer care to patients and healthcare organizations across the country, with the goal of improving cancer outcomes.
MSK Care Partners are healthcare organizations that are committed to ensuring patients have access to subspecialized, high quality cancer care in their local communities. Healthcare organizations become an MSK Care Partner based on an intensive review of their oncology program, process, and outcomes.
Through these relationships we will build an ecosystem where patients receive coordinated care close to home, and associated clinical outcomes will be measured and held to the standard that patients who visit MSK have come to expect.
Program goals
- MSK Care Partners’ purpose is to offer the best cancer care to more patients
- In 10 years, the MSK Care Partners will consist of health systems across the country with each system’s oncology service line identified as MSK Care Partners
- MSK will serve as a platform for innovative clinical trials

Partner benefits
Through MSK Care Partners, MSK and the partner will develop an MSK Care Partner branded, subspecialized, and integrated clinical program that accelerates the partner’s journey to a destination oncology program where the local care provided is concordant with the care standards at MSK.
Physicians practicing at MSK Care Partner locations will have access to MSK’s expertise and the opportunity to collaborate and interact with MSK physicians in several ways, including the opportunity to consult with MSK’s highly specialized experts on the optimal treatment plan for their patients. They also will observe MSK physicians performing new techniques, better equipping them to provide the highest standard of care in their own practices.
MSK Care Partner physicians will be able to participate in MSK continuing education programs, grand rounds, tumor boards, symposia, and observership opportunities.
