House Rules
In the Club, as in the Center, members and their guests are expected to act in accordance with all policies governing appropriate conduct expected at the Center.
  • Per current HICS guidelines, vaccinated employees are permitted to attend club events  without masks and may consume food and beverages in groups. Unvaccinated employees are not permitted to attend.
  • The maximum number of attendees allowed per event is 40.
  • Alcoholic beverages may not be taken off the Club premises (lounge plus adjacent patio).  Glass bottles are not to be removed from the Club even if it is to the adjacent patio.
  • Alcoholic beverages purchased outside of the Club may not be consumed in the Club; this includes all adjacent patio grounds. 
  • Alcoholic beverages should be consumed in moderation and the Center reserves the right to limit alcohol consumption.  The bartender reserves the right to refuse to serve alcohol to a Club member.
  • The Club is a smoke-free environment, including adjacent patio grounds.
  • Membership cards are not transferable and must be shown to the bartender when purchasing alcoholic drinks.
  • Club members may bring guests; however only members may purchase alcohol.
  • Drinks may be paid for with cash, credit card or a valid Free to Go account. Personal checks are not accepted.
  • Members must be over the age of 21; no alcoholic beverages will be served to anyone under the age of 21.
  • Children are allowed in the Club under the supervision of a parent or guardian; they may not be seated at the bar.
  • The bartender is not permitted to accept tips.
  • White coats and surgical scrubs may not be worn at the club.
  • The Board of Directors reserves the right to withdraw membership upon violation of any of the house rules.
