Student & Faculty Club Membership Application

In the Cyber Café, as in the Center, members are expected to act in accordance with all policies governing appropriate conduct expected at the Center.

• Members must be over the age of 21; no alcoholic beverages will be served to anyone under the age of 21.
• Alcoholic beverages should be consumed in moderation and the Center reserves the right to limit alcohol consumption.
• Alcoholic beverages from outside may not brought into or consumed in the Cyber Café.
• Alcoholic beverages are not to be removed out of the Cyber Café including by the security desk,  ZRC elevators, or restrooms.
• White coats and surgical scrubs may not be worn at the Cyber Café.
• The bartender reserves the right to refuse to serve alcohol to anyone and the bartender is not permitted to accept tips.
• For events, the host (or their designee) is responsible for confirming the number of attendees.
  • Only wine, beer, Champagne, or soft drinks stocked by Special Functions may be charged to an institutional cost center. These refreshments must be ordered in advance. Cost centers will only be charged for the number of bottles used. After the event, the host may not take unfinished bottles out of the Cyber Café.
• Membership cards are not transferable and must be shown at the Cyber Café when receiving drink tickets.
• The Board of Directors reserves the right to withdraw membership upon violation of House Rules for the Cyber Café.
