Live Virtual Experience

This course will be delivered as a live virtual experience. By registering for the virtual course, you will be able to view presentations, hear live audio, and interact online.

Nursing continuing professional development (NCPD) and certificate will be available after a post-course evaluation is complete.

This live virtual course will be fully web-based, you will need a computer/laptop or tablet with a video camera (built-in or external) and an internet connection.

Access details and program will be emailed to all attendees before the course.

Description

This two (2) day program will assist nurses in increasing their knowledge and confidence caring for breast patients across the disease trajectory. Curriculum is focused towards preparing nurses to sit for the Certified Breast Care Nurse Examination.

Credit

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center–Nursing Professional Development /Continuing Education is accredited with distinction as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

12.75 contact hours will be awarded to participants who attend the entire program and complete a program evaluation. No partial credit will be awarded.

Registration Details

Registration will not be processed without payment. All registered participants will receive a confirmation email with location of program.

Registration Deadline: February 15

Cancellation/Refund Policy

A $75 administrative fee will be charged for all refunds. No refunds will be issued after the program registration deadline. Cancellations or no-shows after the program registration deadline are not eligible for a refund. MSK CNE reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event, we must cancel or postpone this course, we will refund the registration fee in full, but are not responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses to participants, including fees incurred by airline/travel/lodging agencies.
