From April 17-23, MSK will recognize Cancer Disparities Awareness Week – a time dedicated to identifying the disparities, or differences, certain groups of people face when it comes to cancer and taking action to help overcome them. Join us for a wellness day for MSK staff, their families, and the community! Cancer screenings and other health screenings, in addition to health and wellness educational resources will be provided. You will be able to receive these screenings with no out-of-pocket cost.
WELLNESS DAY SERVICES PROVIDED:
- Breast Cancer Screening (If you’ve had a mammogram in the past, please bring the images from your last mammogram)
- Cervical Cancer Screening (Pap test)
- Colorectal Cancer Screening (Take home fecal immunochemical test (FIT))
- Prostate Cancer Screening (PSA test through a blood draw)
- Lung Cancer Screening Referrals
- Smoking Cessation Counseling
- HPV Vaccine (age 18 and up)
- Blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose screening
