Description
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8-week course developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn to help people suffering from chronic pain and illness reduce stress and improve their health and wellbeing.
By participating in this class, you will learn what meditation practices that work best for you, and bring mindfulness into your daily activities, work, self-care, relationships, and communication in order to reduce stress.
