Post-Transplant Support Group for Young Adults (8 weeks)

This 8-week closed virtual support group is for young adults (ages 18 to 39) who have undergone a stem cell transplant. We will focus on the unique emotional challenges of recovering from transplant as a young adult, especially during these uncertain and isolating times.

The group will take place on Thursdays beginning April 8 through May 27 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:15 pm.
