Welcome to MSK MyChart

MSK MyChart is part of Epic, our new health information system. You might see some changes before and during your next appointment.  All of these changes are designed to improve your experience and help us better meet your needs.

Here are a few important things to know about your next appointment:

• Check in ahead of time. Use eCheck-in to update your information, complete questionnaires, and make your co-pay using MSK MyChart before you arrive. This will save you time in the clinic.
• Let us know when you arrive. Check in at the front desk as you normally do so we know you’re here.
• Wait times may be longer than expected. You may find it helpful to plan for a longer visit than usual.
• More staff presence. You might notice more staff members working together to ensure you get the best care possible.
• Task locations and times may vary. Some tasks, such as checking vital signs and drawing blood, take place in different locations, at different times, or are done by different staff members.
