Ingredients
2 large egg whites or ¼ cup liquid egg whites
1 ripe medium banana, mashed
2 tablespoons instant oats
¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Cooking spray
Sugar-free maple syrup, plain yogurt, or creamy nut butter (optional)
Instructions
- In medium bowl, whisk egg whites until frothy. Add banana, oats, and cinnamon, if using, and stir until combined.
- Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lightly coat pan with cooking spray. Spoon batter onto hot skillet to form three small pancakes. Cook until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- Add any desired toppings.
