Brown Rice Stir Fry with Chicken
Choose this mild stir fry when your stomach is upset or your appetite is lacking.

This stir fry is so easy to make. You can substitute in other proteins. For more flavor, marinate your chicken in pineapple juice overnight.

1 cup water
1½ tablespoons olive oil
1 3-ounce chicken breast, cut into strips
1 cup broccoli florets
½ cup onion, sliced
