Nicola Buchanan is the Program Administrator for the Office of Faculty Development and the Office of Diversity Programs in Clinical Care, Research, and Training within the Office of the President. She holds a master’s degree in mental health counseling. She has been a Memorial Sloan Kettering employee since 2003 and has served the institution in her current position since May 2016.  She plays an integral role in enhancing our student programs, fostering the development of staff and increasing faculty diversity and awareness at MSK.
