Samantha St Elin is a Clinical Research Coordinator at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer coordinating research projects under the portfolios of Drs. Hay and Hamilton. Haitian born and raised, she migrated to the United States at the young age of 9 years-old and has since been faced with the duality of remaining culturally grounded while also assimilating to the fast-paced life of New York City. As an aspiring epidemiologist, she is dedicated to identifying disease origins as well as prevention and intervention strategies and is currently pursuing an MPH at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. When she not enjoying her time with her loved ones, she loves indulging in skincare novelties, reading the latest Beverly Jenkins historical romance or simply exploring styles and trends ranging from the 1960s-90s as an avid vintage lover.
