Hey, my name is Rocco Caputo from Integrative Medicine at MSK kids. And I'd like to talk to you about things that we can do to help with pain. So if you're having pain from your head to your toe, here's a few tricks to let the pain go.
Headaches come in two major types, whether throbbing or steady, just turn down the lights. If it's throbbing you feel then cold packs are good, on your forehead, or temples. But before that, you should take three nice deep breaths and raise your hands high to your chest, then your chin, then up to the sky. Just do that three times and lie back in bed with a cold pack in place on your temples or forehead.
