In this 6-week series, you will explore the foundational principles of Ayurveda and learn to integrate Ayurvedic wisdom into your daily self-care routine for symptom management and improved quality of life. You will discover your unique body constitution and learn how Ayurveda can help support your health and well-being through mindful nutrition and supportive lifestyle practices.
