Ayurveda for Gut Health (workshop)

Ayurveda is an ancient healing system of India. Translated as “The Science of Life,” it considers healthy digestion to be an essential component of good health. It also provides detailed guidance on how to improve gut health through proper diet and lifestyle choices. In this workshop, you will learn about the concept of “agni” or digestive fire according to Ayurveda and its role in maintaining gut health. You will also learn practical tools that can be used in your day-to-day life to avoid digestive problems, strengthen digestive fire, and boost gut health.  

You Will Need 

  • A computer with a high-speed Internet connection, or a tablet, such as an iPad, or a smartphone 
  • A webcam, speaker, and microphone. If you do not have a microphone and speaker, you can participate in the class by phone. You will receive the phone number once you register 
  • Google Chrome or Firefox as your internet browser 

What to Wear

  • Comfortable clothing.
