Description
Studies have shown that active mindful music-making, even in small doses, can uplift our mood and help us feel more hopeful and energized. In this workshop, an MSK mind-body instructor and an MSK music therapist will explore the harmonious relationship between meditation and music and provide tools to create music for coping and self-care. It is designed to be an enriching experience that is open to all; you do not need a background in meditation or music to participate.
Audience
This workshop is open to people who have been treated for cancer and their caregivers.
