The goal of our Mind-Body Workshops is to provide you with the support and self-care tools you need to cope with the emotional stresses of diagnosis and move forward with the activities most important to you.
Workshops have a designated theme, are six-weeks in length, and occur throughout the year. Each week focuses on a specific lesson topic. Patients who enroll receive also exclusive audio content, a workbook, and a mindfulness journal.
