Fit & Functional Movement (in-person series)

Join MSK fitness instructor Janice Johnson for a 6-week, results-driven exercise training program designed to build physical strength while enhancing balance, cognition, and memory. By integrating upper body, lower body, and core exercises into purposeful, functional movements, it improves agility, coordination, and overall body awareness. This balanced approach promotes greater autonomy, self-confidence, and functional capacity—helping reduce the risk of falls and supporting long-term independence.
