Have you ever completed an activity and noticed a sense of calm, clarity, or grounding afterward—even when it wasn’t framed as meditation? In this invigorating and playful online workshop, we will explore the connection between martial arts and meditation through mindful kickboxing movements adapted for all levels and abilities. Participants will be guided through accessible, intention-based movement to experience how breath, focus, and mindful physical activity can foster relaxation, resilience, and presence throughout the cancer journey.
You Will Need
- A computer with a high-speed Internet connection, or a tablet, such as an iPad, or a smartphone
- A webcam, speaker, and microphone. If you do not have a microphone and speaker, you can participate in the class by phone. You will receive the phone number once you register
