Meditation 101 teaches the fundamentals of mindfulness – a science-backed program for stress reduction and building emotional resilience. This six-week workshop will be helpful for you if you have trouble sleeping, managing anxiety, or are living with cancer-related fatigue. Discussions and lessons are led by a mind-body therapist specializing in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction™ (MBSR).
Open to all patients who are receiving treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Caregivers of an MSK patient are welcome to join.
