Meditation 101

Description

Our six-week workshop Meditation 101 teaches the fundamentals of mindfulness – a practice to purposefully pay attention to ourselves, our surroundings, and our reactions to stress. Practicing mindfulness is a skill that builds resilience and helps you adjust to unexpected challenges. Meditation 101 is a helpful resource if you experience anxiety, struggle to manage stress, or are living with Cancer-Related Fatigue.

In addition to weekly lessons, in joining this class you will benefit from the advice, solidarity, and support from people who have firsthand experience with the kind of challenges you’re facing.
