Mindfulness for Healing (series)

This gentle and supportive 6-week course is designed for individuals living with cancer and their caregivers, offering a safe space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the present moment. Whether you are navigating a diagnosis, undergoing treatment, or caring for a loved one, this mindfulness program invites you to find moments of peace, clarity, and healing amidst the challenges.

Through guided meditations, mindful movement, and compassionate reflection, participants will learn simple yet powerful tools to reduce stress, manage difficult emotions, and cultivate resilience. Each session offers an opportunity to explore how mindfulness can support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being—both during and beyond the cancer journey.

No prior experience is needed. Come as you are. Together, we’ll create a community of presence, strength, and healing.
