Description
Mobilization stretches address all elements that restrict movement and performance such as tight muscles, soft tissue restriction, and limited joint range of motion. Regularly practicing these stretches can ease tightness and scarring that may block lymphatic flow, decrease pain, and improve posture. In this workshop, an MSK fitness instructor will share stretches for arms, shoulders, and hips that will support increased flexibility, range of motion, balance, and coordination.
Audience
This workshop is open to people who have been treated for cancer and their caregivers.
