• Check in is available at 13:00 EST on Thursday. November 7th.
  • If your room is not yet ready at this time, your luggage can be stored at the front desk.

Upon built in breaks/pauses during the program, there will be snacks, ice cream, teas, and coffee directly outside of the meeting room.

• While there will be no room service on site, you are welcome to use food delivery services.
  • There are kitchenettes with amenities (refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, dairy/non-dairy options, tea, soda, juice, salty/sweet snack options) scattered throughout the floors for no additional charge.

Snacks will be pre-packaged.

• Meals will be buffet style, served at the Main Hall.
  • All food will be labelled with ingredients. For attendees who have indicated dietary accommodations, these will be made known and honored by the chef.

Karaoke, pool tables, foosball, and other activities are open until 22:00 EST.
