Share

Today, Memorial Sloan Kettering took a bold step toward bringing our unrivaled cancer care to as many people as possible. During a press conference at the future site of the Seton Hall–Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine, leaders from MSK announced a partnership with Hackensack Meridian Health, one of New Jersey’s largest and most prestigious healthcare providers.

The partnership will closely align the two organizations, which will develop joint standards of care through the oversight of a governing board composed of members of both institutions. These guidelines will apply to all partnership sites in New Jersey, which includes MSK’s locations in Basking Ridge, Monmouth County, and Bergen County (opening in 2018) as well as Hackensack’s John Theurer Cancer Center.

The partnership also aims to bring both MSK’s and Hackensack Meridian’s portfolios of hundreds of clinical trials to more patients, increasing the ability to find new treatments for cancer, faster.
