As an acute care nurse practitioner with Memorial Sloan Kettering’s Adult Bone Marrow Transplant Service, I work in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for people with hematologic malignancies.

I took on this role in 2007, and consider myself fortunate to have the opportunity to care for patients and their families while they are undergoing cancer treatment. I have always had an interest in nursing and patient education. Our patient population is interesting and dynamic, and it is very rewarding to be an integral part of their care. I previously worked as a clinical nurse specialist in the bone marrow transplant unit.

I am an active volunteer for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, which helps to give back to our patients and their families by supporting blood cancer research.
