Description

Join Meditation 101 Online, from the comfort and convenience from home. In six weeks, you will learn the basics of mindfulness – a practice to purposefully pay attention to ourselves, our surroundings, and our reactions to stress. Practicing mindfulness is a skill that builds resilience and helps you adjust to unexpected challenges. Meditation 101 is a helpful resource if you experience anxiety, struggle to manage stress, or are living with Cancer-Related Fatigue.

In addition to weekly lessons, in joining this class you will benefit from the group support and solidarity from people who have firsthand experience with the kind of challenges you’re facing.

You will need to use:

  • A computer with a high speed Internet connection, or a tablet, such as an iPad, or a smartphone.
  • Your device must have a webcam, speaker, and microphone. Note: if you do not have a microphone and speaker, please dial into the audio via telephone. Once you are registered, you will receive the audio telephone line.
